Warehouse Logistics Coordinator - Woodinville, WA

 

Capstone Solutions Inc. is searching for a Warehouse Logistics Coordinator. This person will be responsible for organizing and overseeing our warehouse in Woodinville. This includes picking up material from various vendors and taking the material as needed to either the warehouse or jobsite locations. This position will also be working out of our Redmond office location part of the time, so computer skills are needed.

The work hours for this position are 7:00/7:30am to 3:00/3:30pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Comply with safety standards in accordance with OSHA requirements and worksite conditions
  • Lift heavy loads up to 70lbs and navigate construction job site terrain (will be dropping off and picking up construction materials at various jobsites)
  • Load, unload, and identify building materials, machinery, and tools, and distribute them to the appropriate locations, according to project plans and specifications
  • Proficient use of Forklift
  • Receive, inspect and store all incoming material
  • Stage equipment for streamlined loading of material for upcoming jobs
  • Forecast needed material and orders for upcoming jobs
  • Fill (approved) orders for supplies and equipment as needed
  • Coordinate and prepare decommissioned and excess material for return  
  • Maintain the warehouse in a neat and organized fashion
  • Ensure all paperwork for incoming and outgoing material is uploaded to company information storage program
  • Retain flexibility to support all teams in the field (Tower, Microwave, Electrician) 

Qualifications:

  • Must be 21 or older
  • Must have a valid driver’s license in good standing
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work
  • Ability to use light hand and power tools (mainly to help organize the warehouse i.e. install shelving etc.)
  • Ability to drive large pickup trucks, pull trailers and operate a forklift
  • Willingness to drive company vehicle to various jobsite locations throughout Washington
  • Ability to communicate effectively and in a team environment
  • Ability to listen and to follow instructions/directions
  • Maintain compliance with company Drug-Free Workplace policies
  • Able to pass a DMV and background check in compliance with company policies
  • Good computer skills
